Show us how you're dressing!

#letsgetdressed Last week at Habersham Farmers' Market, we shared a recipe that caught folks' interest: a locally-grown grapefruit and (our own) bronze fennel salad dressing on top of our fresh greens. We'll share the basic setup, but get playful and tell us how it tastes!

New Leaf Produce Grapefruit Fennel Salad Dressing:
2 tablespoons grapefruit juice (we had local product at our Habersham stand last Friday)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey (we love Beaufort Bees regular or hot honey)
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 head New Leaf Produce lettuce greens: Green Oak (like a butter) or Romaine
Options: toss in some crunchiness with pistachios, walnuts, croutons, or sunflower seeds. Swap up or add with other citrus (rinds, juice, peels). Local cheese? Absolutely a great addition!
